Greeted by a friendly reception team. Appointment ran to time. The dentist and dental nurse were friendly and explained everything. A faultless appointment.

Really efficient, effective treatment for a check up and then lost filling replacement. All staff are, as always, helpful and polite and it’s not their fault that the NHS now charges £70.70 for Band 2 treatment. No wonder many people are put off seeing a dentist (when they are lucky enough to be able to find one that is not doing purely private work & has space on their client list) Me & my husband really appreciate so having our Apple Dental Practice so accessible.

Excellent receptionist who sorted out an appointment with the dentist as an emergency . It was amazing that she was able to see that my dentist had a time slot. So i saw hygienist and dentist in 1 visit. So efficient.

Fantastic dentist and dental nurse. They made me feel at ease and comfortable checking I was ok all the way through the procedure. I had injections and could hardly feel them in fact I could only feel one which was very quick. Once I was numb the procedure started and I did not feel a thing I was very impressed I am just very disappointed I can’t keep this team as my routine dentist.

Identified a problem to the Dentist, where i was experiencing discomfort when eating . This was not properly addressed and the problem remains

The dentist that I seen was very nice and friendly. Was very talkative throughout my appointment and made me feel very welcome considering she is covering maternity leave.
