Helpful, friendly & courteous staff. Will & do go the extra mile to help you in any case, emergency or simply a check up. No issues what so ever. Its a pleasure to visit, even thought its a dentist!!

I felt that I wasn't given adequate treatment. As I am on maternity leave and therefore don't pay, I felt like I was given the cheapest option which was toothpaste instead of any treatment on my teeth. I felt it was a quick fix.

How friendly and caring the staff were. They were so nice and welcoming before I even said that I was nervous. They were then just so caring and comforting and reassure me throughout. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Would highly recommend.

Average service. Dental fees never explained. Never ever any information given to patients ie dentist you had for the last 15 years leaves.

Efficiently dealt with at reception on arrival. Warm welcome from the dentist who I believe was thorough in his examination. Don't have a grasp of the charging which appears to amalgamate the dentist and hygienist fees ....importantly , I didn't ask either as I am confident this would be available on enquiry but I wonder if this should be spelt out to patients when attending treatments.

Very helpful staff who were very approachable in their telephone manner and in Reception. Made to feel welcome, and were kind and understanding with my urgent circumstances.
