Absolutely great had two procedures done and made me feel at ease specially with me having a fear towards dentists could not ask for any thing more

The hygienist was very wecomeing and friendly put me at ease. She was very gentle and thorough cleaning my teeth. I can definitely feel the difference afterwards. Its a lot of money but its worth it.

Appointment was at 9am and I did not go in till 9:10am after the dentist arrived late. I am never seen on time and it is sometimes half an hour delay which I find unacceptable as if I was late then I’d be charged or moaned at for being late. I do think the time keeping of appointments needs to be reviewed and improvements made.

I saw the hygienist who was very friendly and very understanding when i said i didnt like being reclined too far back, she carried out the treatment with me being only slightly reclined.

The main thing that stood was the new male dentists professionalism and caring attitude ,and expertise. His skills were superb,no wonder this practice is in high demand as they have only the best staff working for them. Its a six hour round trip for an appointment for me ,but worth every minute .

Currently having Invisalign treatment , really pleased with overall service . Appointments made when needed , and attention to detail to ensure I get the best results . Really happy so far with treatment and service .
