Didnt have to wait, everything was running on time. Not enough availability of appointments for hygienist.

Every time you make an appoint it is cancelled, even on the morning of the appointment. When you do get an appointment that goes ahead expect to wait over 45 mins past your appointment time, not expectable. Never see the same dentist. Seems if you are an NHS patient you are not their priority. Rude dentist, who told me to hold my son down because he was upset, no!

This practice is a persistent offender for cancelling appointments and at very short notice! Cancelled not once, not twice but three times in a row for the same appointment to see the dental hygienist. It is so very annoying when you have made arrangements three times to book time from work!

Always a warm welcome on my appointments. Never have to wait too long for one that’s suitable for me. Nurses nice, dentist makes things easy to understand.
