Staff are always friendly and welcoming. My dentist made me feel at ease and explained what she was doing and how I could improve my oral hygiene. The dentists made recommendations for future care and assisted me with making a decision.

I was a little anxious before going in but was made to feel comfortable by the dentist. The dentist explained what she needed to do and why as well as giving me advise on home care. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

When booking an appointment the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The dentist is lovely. I am extremely nervous when visiting the dentist but she’s very understanding.

As usual the whole team were fab from reception ladies who always have a smile and helping hand to the very patient dentist and assistant who had a nightmare extracting my tooth but was professional and caring throughout xx

The Hygienist had no knowledge of previous visits and of my ongoing treatment at Birmingham Dental Hospital. She confused "Left" with "Right" when giving information to the Dental Nurse. She spent a lot of time checking my gums etc because of the confusion created between her and the nurse. This meant that time on the actual treatment was very short. I felt that this was poor value for money
