Easy to book an appointment online. Then visit itself was carried out by a very professional and friendly dentist; some useful takeaway advice was given too.

They hygienist was very nice, competent. however the dental assistant doing the sucking of debris needs more training I have never in all my visits had such a painful experience, I do not have sensitive teeth but she managed to make them all painful!!

1st time in a long time ive actually had a dentist clean my terth, most say i need to go to a hygienist, so that was well worth the visit ,i arrived early 30 mins early for appointment, to give time for form filling ect, a patient arrived late for there appointment, but was still seen 1st,making my appointment 25 mins late, also no interaction from the dental nurse,who never even said hello/ goodbye, as an nhs nurse myself,i know how important it is to interact with patients.

I felt very pressured by the dentist to agree to an extraction - I wanted time to think about it. This is the first time I’ve ever had an unsatisfactory experience.

The young Dentist was a very smart on the Task and very polite, I wanted to see her if I have a problem bet sadly she is leaving, wise her well on her next Dentle centre…

My dentist is lovely, really friendly and helpful. Only let down is the building not in a great state of repair and needs redecorating. The receptionists could be friendlier and they need a better area to work from.

Excellent service.The kindest and loveliest dentist l have ever had.l suffer with anxiety daily and so glade l have such a gentle and highly professional dentist.l have complete confidence in them as l know l am ialways in safe hands.l would highly recommended them for nhs and private treatment .
