Was amazed I was able to find and register with and NHS dentist and then have my first checkup the very next day! The facilities aren’t as nice as my last surgery… but that was in Oxfordshire and this is a military town so no surprise there. Having said that, I don’t understand why the reception staff sit so low you have talk to the top of their heads… and I am only 5’8”!

Really impressed with all the staff at the practice. This was the fist appointment and I found the dentist to be really friendly, helpful and explained everything. Really happy to have registered here.

This was my first visit I did not know what expect the outcome was amazing I have serious problems with my teeth and did not expect on this first visit to progress in resolving my problems as far as I did, from the greeting at your reception to the wonderful dentist it really was above and beyond Thank you so much

The practice appears to be going downhill, in my opinion. There is still rubbish in the bushes (outside) by the main entrance, which has been joined by a bed mattress. The owner/staff, obviously do not care what their customers see, associated to this practice. It looks awful!

Customer service and care from my dentist and assistant. Understanding when I was late due to traffic. My children are also at ease when they have their check ups.
