My partner has epilepsy, he suffers with grandmal seizures. During my treatment he had a grandmal seizure and the staff were so helpful, the dentist, dental nurse and practice manager were so on hand with anything I needed to support him, including keeping my partner on the chair so he didn't fall, provide tissues, sick bags and continued support. It's really hard to find places with staff who are confident, hands on and able to support his epilepsy. So after my first appointment I can already say we wouldn't go anywhere else.

After being very let down by my previous practice I was extremely pleased to be given the opportunity to register with this practice. I didn't know what to expect but I had an amazing welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I was actually an hour early and they didn't mind at all and fitted me in early. I had absolutely brilliant care I expressed my concerns over not having them scaled for a long time and I was given a deep clean and a filling. And another appointment was Made for next week for more cleaning. I so lovely to walk in and see a happy helpful receptionist who went above and beyond, and the lovely dentist and dental nurses who explained exactly what they were going to do. I left with lovely clean teeth and actually looking forward to next weeks visit. I will not hesitate to recommend this brilliant practice, tucked away in a corner of Donnington, just wish I'd known about them sooner.

This was our first visit to this NHS Practice after our previous dentist decided to no longer have NHS patients. The Practice Manager and all the other staff at The Albert Dentist practice were both welcoming and professional. Outstanding treatment from our previous dentist was dealt with on our first visit to the Practice. Well done.

Had a filling and then was given a cup of water with water inside , this cup of water also had somebody else's filling inside of it and the dentist tried to give me this to drink.

I am a new customer to the practice and needed to bring forward my appointment twice due to increasing pain and discomfort. They have dealt with me promptly and efficiently in response to my needs.
