I'd had repeated problems with a molar (not caused by Abbeymead) and the dentist provided me with a clear diagnosis of the problem, together with recommendations for treatment. The treatment itself was excellent and I wish I had been registered with Abbeymead sooner.

I went to Abbeymede to get a second opinion on whether my daughter needed to have a tooth removed. Thanks to the excellent opinion of the dentist at Abbeymede, my daughter can keep her tooth and the whole family has moved over to Abbeymede practice.

Private patient dental hygienist appointment for scale and polish. Paid for half an hour appointment and got 15-20 minutes of rushed service, with many teeth still 'sticky' with (presumably) tartar. Phoned to ask if hygienist could remove tartar and told that I had gone over my half hour appointment (I had looked at my watch so know how long I had been in there for and it was definitely no longer than 20 minutes from start to finish, and verified by husband who said "That was quick" at end. Dishonest and poor patient care.

We have passed your feedback onto our team and intended to improve our Hygienist services by investing in Airflow EMS guided biofilm therapy which has proven fantastic results for stain removal and higher levels of patient comfort.
