I was booked in efficiently on the day of my appointment. I was seen at the time of the appointment, and the time taken to complete the work done on my teeth was as stated before I booked the appointment. So far I'm pleased with the quality of the work done on my teeth. Also the dentist and the assistants were friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly staff. My dentist makes me feel relaxed and not anxious about what she’s going to do. I usually enjoy my visit.

Reception was fine. I was not impressed with the dentist. I paid £73 I was expecting to have my whole teeth cleaned in the 30 minutes. I pride myself that I look after my teeth very well. I had just the upper part cleaned. I was asked to make another appointment to have my lower part clean. I will have to pay another £73. Making it extremely expensive for me. I was advised to make an appointment every 3 months. He is my regular dentist. I have seen him few times. My teeth are not that bad to have me come twice and pay double for a 1 hour session. I was not happy at all. I may change the dentist and see what experience I may encounter.

I had one of my back teeth rebuilt as it had broken in half the dentist did a great job on it fixed and now is fine

Have found them to be a bit flippant about recommending treatment and vague about recommendations, which meant I had to rebook a further check up to then request treatment (and pay for it). Then one minute the treatment is a filling the next it's going to be a sealant of some sort. With good intentions she tried to fix a chip in one of my front teeth with some sort of paste and was happy for me to leave the building with teeth that were completely uneven and aesthetically ridiculous. She then got quite defensive and very dismissive when I reentered the room and asked her to undo the botched job, making it quite uncomfortable to ask her to remove it all properly. When she'd got most of it off I was then ignored like a kid pretending not to see someone in the room as I stood up. I then spent the rest of the day trying to chip the remainder of whatever it was after leaving which incidentally has resulted in another small chip. So thanks for that. Couldn't fault the first few visits to Abbey Dental but after the past couple times wouldn't recommend.

Had a great experience with this dentist. I went for a check up and a hygienist appointment. All members of staff that I dealt with were extremely nice and friendly. The appointments were on time and I was given good, clear advice. Would highly recommend.

The dentist on my last visit listened to what I had to say and the treatment was good. The receptionist looked a bit sullen, a reassuring smile would have helped, perhaps she was having a bad day!

The staff are friendly and I was seen on time. Visiting the dentist can be an uncomfortable experience but I had a relatively painless procedure including a filling and an extraction. I had a very good reassuring relationship with the dentist and I was supplied with clear instructions and information together with some material for my aftercare.
