I always feel rushed when I go for an appointment, its like the dentist is in a hurry to get to the next patient. Not sure if they get timed for their appts. Even the receptionist staff are always in a hurry.

Dental treatment is generally for me an anxious and uncomfortable experience. But having my first fillings for years turned out to to be quite relaxing, even interesting. I've no concerns about the need for the treatment nor its quality. And I was impressed my dentist discussed costs of a particular treatment in relation to the need for it. I left feeling happy and confident.

This practice is very clean and the staff are very polite and I was seen very quickly. I went there for an emergency appointment though 111 and I felt welcomed and safe and would like to have this dentist as my own dentist but I live to far away.

The practice as a whole is really good. The staff are polite and very helpful. The dentist is saw explained everything she was going to do while in the chair. Thank you

Usually, never have to wait long before being seen by the dentist - around 5 minutes normally. The dentist is extremely knowledgeable and will clarify any concerns you may have. And all of the staff are friendly and helpful. All-in-all, am very pleased with this practice.
