The Care and treatment received was of exceptionally high standard. What I liked most was that the dentists was very Person Centred in their approach and their treatment. .At every step I was well informed and care was always taken to ask my permission, to explain what was being done at the time ,their approach was professional, knowledgable ,reassuring and highly skilled Dentists.The practice staff is very diverse and professional too. An exemplary practice that should be graded as outstanding and is a standard others should aspire to in their practice. I am absolutely delighted with the outcomes from my treatment plan and would have no reservations in recommending This dental practice.

The dentist I have seen at this practice is professional, helpful and caring. Additionally, there is no pressure to have private treatment which is the case with some dentists. The NHS treatment I was given was appropriate and effective.

overall a very good practice but a few problems seem to have arisen this year .I've had two appointments cancelled one at very short notice.Tried phoning but was number 7 in qué which never changed after 10 minutes. When I went for my appointments they were not on time having to wait 15 minutes.

I was told that I had serious gum disease. As one of my front lower incisors was loose I asked for it to be removed as it could not be brushed properly. At the appointment for the extraction I was very nervous. The dentist did a final confirmation as to the tooth to be removed. I was advised to remove another of my lower teeth by the dentist which resulted in a much better appearance for me. I am so glad that I took the dentist’s advice. The work was done in a very gentle and caring manner and in a relatively quick time which I really appreciated.

The dentist and nurse were both very kind and supportive (i have bad anxiety), they explained things well and got me through a deep clean, a filling and two extractions. The admin staff were very helpful in finding me an emergency appointment to get all this done, and it was all on the NHS. All in all an amazing service.

The dentist is pleasant, if a bit over critical. Everything is clean. The waiting room is fine and the reception staff are fine too. I did find it impossible to book an appointment online - it always said there were no appointments available - and every time I tried to phone there was a queue which did not shrink over time. I have had to visit the practice in person to book appointments each time. Nobody is ever answering the phone while I'm there. Why can't I book online?
