Review titled poor response
Rated 1 star out of 5

Completed an e consult hoping for a call but received an email. Who ever responded missed the point completely and simply restated what I already knew. The question I needed an answer to was not addressed. I felt dismissed.

Review titled unable to speak to a Doctor
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 01 June 2023
I rang at 8.00 to request a call back- to be told that there were no bookable slots - due to people booking on line I could not speak to a Doctor until the following Wednesday -4 working days away!!!! - so she said I could book on line or use the e-consult . I have already used E-consult for this issue and do not need to answer all the same questions again. So they are now saying that to speak to a Doctor then you have to know days in advance that you will be unwell!!!

Review titled Disappointing service
Rated 1 star out of 5

Despite spending time to complete an eConsult between 7am and 8am and time consuming, the call back was never achieved and were told to complete another eConsult again. Try to talk to a doctor is impossible because people cannot bypass the secretaries to book a call back on the phone. Patient Access or NHS app as indicated on Wye Surgery Website, have no booking slots available. Patients are left to themselves. Wye surgery is collapsing!

Review titled Impossible to get past receptionists to speak with a doctor
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 10 November 2022
Speaking to a doctor at Wye surgery is impossible over the phone, never mind face to face. When you ring, you are told that there are no appointments available and that you must ring at 8am the following day. At 8am the next day everyone who needs an appointment has to ring at the same time, so the phone lines are jammed. After an hour of constantly trying to get through, you speak with a grumpy "care navigator" who tells you that all appointments have gone and that you must ring at 8am the next day. And so it goes on..... Getting through on the phone is a lottery, but with poorer odds than the national lottery and with your health at stake.
