   I called on 4/9/24 at 8.30am for an appointment and was 7th in the queue. I waited patiently for 7 minutes listening going down the queue. Then the call went quiet, i thought great but I was cut off - how annoying. I then called back and was 24th in the queue. This is absolutely shocking and something needs to be done about it. E-consult also isn't available. I'd like to know how many doctors/prescribing nurses are available today to see paitents?
