  1. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Eleanor Gwilt - Posted on 11 August 2024

Was seen by a nurse today who was so lovely and very understanding. She eased my mind and could see I was abit upset. She is a credit to your practice and the NHS. The triage and reception staff were great too.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Deborah Mumford - Posted on 26 August 2024

From the moment I got there to the moment I left everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long and was in and out within the hour. Credit where credit’s due. Thanks

  3. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Patients wife - Posted on 24 June 2024

My husband needed additional care following his discharge from hospital, I had been advised to contact the centre. They couldn't have been more helpful from my initial approach through to the treatment we received from the nursing staff. Thank you all.

  4. Review titled Disabled Parking

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Paul - Posted on 28 May 2024

Please address the people parking in the Disabled parking without a permit. This is a very regular problem and causes hassle for people like us who actually have gone through the process of obtaining a blue badge and need to park near to the entrance. Regards Paul

  5. Review titled Disgusting treatment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 March 2024

I came in today, with symptoms of severe tonsillitis as I was shivering, couldn’t barely swallow and I was told by the receptionists that I was basically lying. We were told the doctor would not see me today and were quite rude in their tone.

  6. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 11 February 2024

It became necessary for me to seek out of hours treatment on a Saturday afternoon. I was referred to the Phoenix centre and I didn’t know what to expect. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who explained what would happen next. The nurses I saw at triage and subsequently were helpful and informative. I received appropriate treatment and I would recommend this service without hesitation.

  8. Review titled Clean well organised practice.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Ian Haskey - Posted on 02 October 2022

I was looked after extremely efficiently from the time I arrived to when I left. Everything was explained to my satisfaction, and I was put at ease. I must mention the lady whom I first saw and whom I last saw. who was an absolute delight. |The procedure was done promptly and efficiently, and I was away home within the hour. Well done.!

  9. Review titled Getting through to reception is a nightmare

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Nick Thompson - Posted on 30 September 2022

I've now been on hold trying to speak to reception for over an hour. I've been cut off 3 times and placed back in the queue. This is not the first time this has happened and it makes little difference what time of day you call. Super frustrating! I should point out my frustration is with Cirencester branch and I do not speak for the other branches.
