I had an appointment with the HCA Fay and she was gentle the way she spoke and very attentive, taking her time to listen to me, which I was really impressed with.

Getting a appointment to see the dr is frustrating n depressing If u r sick u need to see the dr asap at least with in a day not a week or so Some people r not tech savvy

All of the staff at this practise work hard in these challenging times. When I have a query they will always ring back or book me an appointment and make sure it suits me. I have a disorder with Co-morbidities which the doctors work with me to gain the best care possible. I would highly recommend this practice for their empathy and nurturing care.

The service provided by the nurse was very professional and efficient. She had a very friendly attitude. However the waiting time was a bit long, approximately 20 minutes.

I was seen on time for my apportionment and the nurse explain to me about the procedure and was very pleased with the outcome.

I had a good experience, specially the practice nurse was very helpful ,nice manner to make me feel at easy , and answered and dealt with my concerns with Interest and took the time without any rush Feeling I got a good service.

From reception to medical staff the service is friendly and compassionate. I always have a very satisfactory visit there.
