This surgery has looked after our family for over thirty years and still be our favourite clinic. Because it’s great practice, friendliness and convenience. Staff are always polite and well trained. Drs. are caring and attentive to our problems.

The gp saw me within one working day, took the time to explain what could be wrong, and ordered follow up tests. I'm very happy with this level of care.

The nurse who i saw was very polite and took her time to talk to me cause I have got learning disabilities and mental health problems

I requested an appointment over 3 weeks ago. No one will let me book over the phone and I've been sent two appointment dates that I couldn't possibly attend. The latest one I only had 12 hours notice via a txt saying 'a reminder about your appointment ' well I'm not in the country at the moment! They must get a lot of DNAs with this method. No idea if the doctor would've been able to help as I don't seem to be able to see one.

The care and professionalism shown to me by the 4 GP's I have had telephone consultations with and the 3 or 4 different reception staff I have spoken to has been fantastic. I got a shock cancer diagnosis while not exhibiting any symptoms and my world was turned upside down. The patience and compassion I have received from all of the staff I have been in contact with at the surgery has overwhelmed me. Thank you. John J Fox

We came for an x-ray scan that was meant to be booked for monday morning. But when we arrived nothing was booked. We spent around 4 hours waiting around until eventually we got scanned. Then a doctor with no manners talked with us literally less than 5 minutes and let us go. We couldnt even ask all questions we had.

I feel like this practice does not want to see patients face to face. Everytime i need an appt face to face i have to almost beg.
