Nice staff, efficient service, professional practice. I have been with the clinic for some time. It’s really convenient for me to come for medical consultancy.

I have been with Stratford Village Surgery for more than a decade. Their level of courtesy, customer relations and willingness to always offer help is simply amazing. I would be moving in the next couple of weeks, and I know I would grossly miss their very valuable services. This is why I will certainly not hesitate to recommend the surgery to anyone who resides close to them.

The staff are very friendly and they explained what they are saying to me they make sure I understand what they are saying to me cause I have got learning difficulties and mental health issues

The doctor was friendly, approachable, kind and caring professional. Was wearing a mask, which I prefer. I also did wear a mask. So patiently, well looked after me. Did not hurry me up. Well paid attention. Very helping. Felt good. Thank you so much, doctor.

It was a good meeting with the doctor yesterday. He didn’t have any mind blowing good or bad news but it was helpful to see him face to face and get some pointers for things to do in the future to try and manage the condition I have veven better than I am already! I - love - the - NHS !!!

The doctor listened carefully and cleared confusion about medication dosage after 111 doctor prescribed medication on Sunday. She also booked me for face to face appointment for another health problem

Best practice in London… I’ve been registered with other GP’s historically however this has to be the best operating GP… I applaud the practice manager

Even though the reception is been refurbished they could manage the people arriving. The doctor was very kind and I fell confident with her , she answer all my questions and doubts.

Staff are kind and helpful, and they make every effort to give their best. This includes changes to try to maximise on space and improve the layout of the waiting area and the reception. The consulting rooms are bright and accessible.

I was given the appointment for the first time very quickly. And the Doctor was Brilliant. The Doctor was very Thorough and a Good Listener.
