Have tried for 2 days to get through, the phone rings for around 20 times then is cut off. It is upsetting as I have an OPA transport problem but cannot speak to anyone about it. I will probably miss the appointment I’ve waited a year for and have to be re-referred by my GP. Even the switchboard at St.George’s could not get through, we were waiting for 15min but no one at St.John’s answered…

Cannot book online. Staff following policy. Makes it easier day for them. Despite my needing urgent blood tests as stated by GP on forms.Used to be busy now not so check the numbers.

Would not see me for Bllod Test on line appointment system hopeless and telephone inflexible so I will not bother
