Had both my cataracts done recently and everything was perfect. The clinic is very clean and all the staff were amazing!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish,All the the staff very friendly and helpful, At every stage things were explained clearly nothing was too much trouble, Iwould recommend Spamedica to anyone and everyone, thank you all again

I have had two cataract operations over the months from May to July 2024. Having had shingles close to right eys in the past the medical team took extra precautions including providing anti viral tablets and examining me every week for four weeks after the first eye was completed. Overall. I attended the clinic 7 times before discharge. On each occasion I found the team very friendly and helpful and the telephone service was also very helpful in arranging appointments. I received first class service at all times and very grateful for the treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend them to patients seeking help with cataract surgery.

Friendly, respectfull, knowledgeable and professional clinical staff.efficient health care provision. Clean tidy building in all areas we accessed. Only complaint Is we felt the receptionist on duty that day let it down. She was polite but not friendly , no smile and manner curt.

First class service from everyone. My cataract operation was carried out in a very efficient and caring manner. I would have no hesitation whatever in recommending this practice. Thank you all.

I found the staff to be miserable and less friendly some of them , the consultant himself was sharp with questions and answers , he was not welcoming and I found him rude and uptight ! I have attended the Birmingham clinic they were more friendly than here in Wolverhampton! Make you wait for ages too ! Overall I found the services 5 out of 10 !

Everyone at SpaMedica Wolverhampton were extremely welcoming and polite. I was treated with the upmost respect as I use a wheelchair and all my needs were dealt with professionally. The treatment itself was explained and carried out without any issues and pain free. I have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica for cataract surgery.

On both occasions I found the staff, especially the nursing staff very pleasant. They were helpful and put my mind at rest as I was a bit nervous. Upon meeting the consultant/doctors they explained what was going to happen. Throughout the procedure the consultant/surgeon explained everything that he was doing. Afterwards I was I formed by the nurse of what to do when I got home.

Have had both eyes done and couldn't fault the staff and nursing/doctor, consultant at all. They were informative, helpful and explained the procedure as they were doing the operation. Tea/coffee with biscuits on hand and ready to phone next if kin/friend to say I was ready to go home
