Excellent service : From the chap who greeted me on arrival, the girls in reception, all the nurses and the doctor who carried out the procedure. Even the coffee is enjoyable. Well done team.

I had my first cataract eye surgery in November 2023. The explanation of what to expect, given by the surgeon before the operation , was reassuring and accurate . All the people who dealt with me were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and very impressive . The surgery was quick and relatively painless. From start to finish the whole process took about 2.5 hours on the day. From diagnosis to surgery was under two weeks. The only think that would have improved the day is if the surgeon had come to see me after the surgery to say that it had gone well (or something like that). I would definitely recommend this clinic to others if they need this kind of surgery .

After a reference from optician every thing happened quickly. Pre med good at explaining the procedure and lady on reception good at helping to organise the àppointment for my convenience. Day of procedure staff. good and reassuring. Op was fine although I was a bag of nerves staff were good and helpful. Thanks to all for their professionalism

I found from when I entered the SpaMedica unit to when I left I found the porter, nurses and surgeon excellent in what they had to do and the way they went about doing it

Had my Cataract op today. I had a great experience from my first appointment to my op. All the staff where extremely helpful and very professional and friendly. I only had to wait 2 weeks from start to finish. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

From start to finish staff caring, professional and extremely efficient. On day of surgery in hospital total two hours, elay nervousness with calm approach.

Absolutely amazing experience cataracts removed from both eyes, so efficient and friendly.Made to feel at ease and everything explained clearly. My eyes are now fabulous and everything is brighter and clearer Thank You to everyone 🤩

Felt a little nervous about catteract consultation. Need not have worried as everyone who I came into contact with was lovely. O waiting hardly, service with a smile. No fears at all about going ahead next week

There was ample pre-op testing and checking eg about medication. I am disabled and they also checked whether any assistance would be required for me as staff are not allowed to do anything more than non weight bearing assistance and would not allow my carer in to help me. This was rather unpleasant and frightening. However once I passed the acceptable handling test the staff were absolutely kind and caring and on the day of the op things were straightforward.
