You are made to feel welcome even being offered refreshments while you wait on the British Rail style commuter comfort seats. I found the staff friendly and highly professional with explanations throughout of the procedures. Highly recommendable. A very good painless experience.

Staff were very supportive and instilled confidence in not only me but my perception of them. They made me feel relaxed about the treatment I was about to under take. Aftercare was second to none and the difference in my sight is astounding.

I could not fault the service. Both eyes treated and each time staff were great. From the guys welcoming you at the entrance to the surgeon operating on my eyes, everyone went out of their way to make it as stress free as possible.

Very friendly, good facilities, very convenient to use a local clinic. Staff first class and very attentive, made you feel welcome and able to relax.

Excellent service fron the greeters when you first arrive to the nurses and drs. Staff explained every step as you went along. Everyone was so friendly. Even had coffee when I first arrived and was offered more later on while waiting for my surgery. 5 stars

From my first appointment through to the actual surgery it was first class. Same when I went back for my second eye. Staff, from the guys who meet you at the door to the actual surgeon all superb. So very happy with everything. Thankyou SpaMedica.

Every step of the way you are treated up and including your cataract operation everything is explained to you thoroughly i am very pleased with the outcome i cannot thank you all at Skelmersdale and Haydock enough

Greeted at the door and escorted to waiting room. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone introduced themselves and explained everything.The surgeon was amazing and did the operation in 10mins. I had clear instructions about caring for my eye and the use of the drops. The best thing of all was that I only waited 11 days from referral to operation. Can't recommend them enough.
