Excellent service, treatment and care and my thanks to all the staff, clinicians, surgeons and nurses. Also the nurse who ensured I knew how to manage my aftercare. Much appreciated and many thanks to all .

From referral to preop assessment was 4 days. The preop was slick and well run. I could have had the operation the following week but chose a date to suit my diary. The operation day again was a slick, well run procedure and everyone was massively helpful and reassuring.

The surgery was quick, painless and the results were immediat The wait in the theatre ante room was length (almost 2 hours)

Underwhelming after surgery care, the head office staff are nonchalant and uninterested, and outline only company policy which is a callback within 24hrs for a deterioration and loss of vision after surgery, the emergency ophthalmologist then calls to say 2 to 4 days to see someone, as this is not a risk to sight, then get an appointment to see the emergency ophthalmologist only to wait 30 mins to get seen when others arrived much later. All that said, there are good staff and poor staff, but the emergency call center and their subsequent responses are less than adequate when your sight has deteriorated. Come on spa medica, could do better!!

From premeditated meeting to leaving all staff and personnel were efficient and all went smoothly cleaning staff and fire alarm test warning were all carried out after being informed

I was quite apprehensive the day before as the referral from Specsavers was made on the same day as my eye test and an appointment with SpaMedicz was made within a couple days. All the informative leaflets were sent to me, providing me with more of an insight as to what was going to happen. All the administration staff, nurses and the eye surgeon were so friendly and reassuring. I followed all the instructions around the administration of the eye drops and suffered no side effects whatsoever. For me, it's been a life changer and I've still to be referred for the other eye. Excellent service, thank you so much. One very happy lady !! I hope my next surgery goes just as well.

Excellent Pre-operative Assessment and Operation. Seen promptly on arrival. Some slight delays in waiting time but on the whole not a problem.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Efficient and friendly staff both in pre-op and on the day of surgery. The time taken was brilliant, from referral to completed surgery was only about 3 weeks, could not fault any part of it. Thank you to you all.
