Everyone is really friendly and helpful and the treatment is excellent. . My only concern was that although there had been a problem with the humidity in the theatre in the morning so everyone was being seen late - I waited 2.5 hours- I was not informed of this until I queried the wait. It would have been helpful to know this on arrival. Otherwise excellent.

Had my second cataract removed no problems at all and no pain afterwards at all , vision now completely restored. Surgeon was excellent as were all the staff. Very happy

Theatre had a few problems so the wait was longer surgery a little more discomfort was felt this time

From the time you are greeted at reception,you are looked after very well.Everyone is very polite and cheerful. Very professional in the way they explain everything that is going to happen to you. The surgery went very well,i was very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend SpaMedica to anyone i know who are looking for eye surgery

From the moment I arrived for my cataract operation I was looked after by a friendly and highly professional staff. I cannot praise too highly the professional and courteous treatment I received. Highly recommended.

Welcomed by a friendly and helpful reception staff The building was modern with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean The nurses along with all were all friendly, very helpful and informative I was treated kindly and considerately throughout the whole process from my assessment to the surgery I would highly recommend this hospital

From collection by Practice transport to and from the hospital the whole experience was exceptional and at a level I had forgotten existed. All admin and medical staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring and totally professional. The building and facilities were immaculate. The coffee and biscuit provided pist- procedure was the best I have tasted in a long while ! My thanks and appreciation to everyone involved.
