All the staff were so polite, friendly & put me at ease from start to finish. I was told each step of the procedure & given a very informative brochure of what I could & couldn't do after surgery.

Met by very polite staff after receiving clear and concise instructions. I cannot fault the service provided by this clinic. This should be the standard for all NHS services.

Everything was great from start to finish and the staff were very friendly and helpful there was free drinks and free biscuits would highly recommend many thanks to everyone
