I have now had both of my cataracts removed and I am very happy with the result. The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Telford practice.

I had my left eye done in October 2023 and my right eye done in January this year and I am very grateful to all the staff there, my vision is great thank you all.

Attended with my elderly mother for assessment, staff were fantastic as mum suffers from Dementia. Had assessment on a Monday and cataract op on the Wednesday. Everyone was kind and caring and the practice was very clean and it ran like clockwork. Can not reccomend this practice highly enough.

Friendly staff from reception to surgical made me feel at ease. Procedure went well though a lot of irrigation used which soaked my neck and shirt - some protective covering needed. But that is only a minor niggle about an otherwise excellent service.

Communication, information and patient care exemplary. Staff very friendly, approachable and proficient. A professional, timely service delivered in a clean, welcoming environment.

Once again, fantastic service, made to feel welcome, staff were all polite and caring, place was very clean. Treatment was second to none, very informative all the way through. Only issue, leaflet given regarding do’s and don’t did not correspond exactly with the NHS/SpaMedica booklet, SpaMedica was a bit more comprrehensive with this. Would definitely recommend SpaMedica Telford

Very professional at all times, kind and caring reception staff, surgeon was informative and gentle. The result and difference from the first eye is brilliant, Optitions very happy with result

Had a pre op assessment on the 8th December and cataract surgery was performed on the 15th December. All staff were welcoming and made sure that I fully understood everything which would happen both at the first visit and both before and after surgery.
