From start to finish the process was very efficient and professional, the operation was quick with excellent advice, can't thank the staff enough, now have improved sight, thank you

I had a pre assessment the week before, was made welcome and given a drink. Each nurse /staff member explained clearly and fully what was happening and why, it was a relaxing experience. Day of surgery I was nervous, because of the unknown and being sensitive with my eyes. From the first member of staff letting me into the building , i was asked how I was and reassured. The building is immaculate clean, bright and welcoming. Tea and coffee, and biscuits if wanted was offered in reception, pre op and discharge. Music played , softly relaxing easy listening, which gave a calming environment. Each room I was shown to, the staff were friendly and each stage I was told what they were doing. In the operating room , I was very anxious but the staff and surgeon reassured me every step of the way, once over, staff were comforting and I saw the discharge nurse, who also explained what to do once home, drops and care of eye. So the few hours passed quickly and once eye healed I can go for my next op feeling much calmer, thanks to the care I received. Thanks so so much to everyone

Excellent service from my first assessment to the day of my cataract operation. The staff and consultant were extremely helpful and looked after me. Thank you so much for looking after me.

Cataraah operation staff so professional reassuring and with a smile greeted everyone Explained the procedure did excellent checks regarding personal details and so reassuring as I was very nervous Thank you an excellent team and spotless clinic Would recommend even the transport was very efficient and drivers caring and helpful Thank you all

I had a cataract removed this morning I was very nervous but all the staff and the surgeon put me at ease it’s a fabulous practice and I certainly won’t be as nervous when I have to get my other eye done.

I had a cataract procedure at this clinic yesterday. From beginning to end the staff were exceptional. They are very friendly and put you totally at ease. Everything being explained, any queries answered, nothing too much effort. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks to all the staff from the reception to the surgeon and everyone in between. You are all awesome.

I was treated with courtesy and consideration as soon as I entered SpaMedica Reception. This continued throughout Pre-Op and onward until I left after the procedure was complete. Everyone acted as a Team. They were outstanding. Leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the system in place was followed to ensure everyone’s welfare was considered.

Wait time for NHS hospital appointment, 7 months. Wait time for appointment for Spa Medica, 2 weeks. Excellent service from entry to exit by professional staff who looked after my every need.

After an anxious wait all went well, all staff very kind providing information on what to expect and answered all questions asked. Excellent and the next morning taking off the shield was amazed at the clarity of vision and colour.
