Could not fault them from entering the building at reception to the lady offering tea and biscuits kind and friendly, superb nurses and the surgeon explaining the procedure with a calm manner and professional manner throughout. Excellent well done .

First class establishment with friendly efficient staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. All the facilities are spotlessly clean. There is an overall air of efficiency and professionalism which cannot be faulted. My experience was for a cataract operation which was as pleasant as such an operation could be.

Your staff at the sittingbourne branch was second to none they put me at ease and explained as they went along with the operation I have had both eyes done now and would recommend this procedure and the company to friends and family well done and a big thank you from me

I felt Completely at ease during the whole procedure and looking forward to having my left eye done the difference having my right eye done has made so much difference

Very helpful staff, made me feel at ease. The whole day went smoothly, very happy with the outcome. I was very impressed with everything especially the cleanliness.

After having to wait 2years for a referral I contacted my surgery who sent a referral to spa medica within a couple of months I had an appointment for one eye to get done a month or so after that I had the other eye done. If it hadn’t been for the fact that I was having radiotherapy for my cancer treatment I would have had this last appointment a month ago. However I have had it done and I am delighted to have been told that everything is okay.the surgeons were exemplary and professional as were all of the other staff. Thank you all for making my experience a great experience ,professionalism at its very best. Thank you once again for everything.
