Having recently had my two cataract operations at SpaMedica in Norwich, I can say that that the whole experience, from the initial consultation and tests to the actual surgeries was exemplary. The staff were very kind and reassuring, carefully explaining each part of the treatment and answering all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Cannot fault the service I received during my assessment and treatment for a cataract. At every stage the staff were polite and highly professional, and the standard of the treatment facility was top quality.

I was give an assessment appointment very quickly after my optician referred me. After all the tests were done I was amazed to be offered surgery 2 days later. All my contacts with the staff were very reassuring and the surgery took about 10 minutes and was neither distressing nor painful in any way. Apart from minor discomfort for about a day and light sensitivity for a while I had little in the way of after effects and my vision was restored to perfect acuity within 3 days. A wonderfully satisfactory outcome and I highly recommend this service.

From start to finish the practice was professional and friendly. The offices are very easy to located with lots of parking. The staff were helpful and polite. The operation went smoothly and i was informed about the procedure throughout.

One week after being referred by my optometrist I had my assessment at Spa Medica. I had my cataract surgery two days later. All the staff that dealt with me were courteous, very efficient and, above all, reassuring. The surgery was fully explained to me and all my questions and concerns were answered before the operation, which was pain free.
