I was nervous about my cataract procedure until I walked into SpaMedica. Every member of staff made sure that I was happy, and the actual procedure was quick and painless. I actually looked forward to having my other eye done. Again it was quick and painless. I recommend strongly for anyone to use SpaMedica

All staff I met were caring considerate and understanding. The procedure was explained to me and at every stage of the surgery the surgeon told me what to expect which was very reassuring. The discharge nurse took her time to fully explain the aftercare.

I attended this Norwich clinic for cataract surgery. There was a friendly welcome and sympathetic treatment from all staff, efficient attention and sensible discussion at all stages.

I was incredibly nervous prior to the procedure to have my cataracts removed, however all staff that I encountered did their best to put me at ease. Everyone was friendly and professional and couldn't have done more to ensure I was comfortable. I appreciated the care taken throughout the whole procedure and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.

On returning home after my cataract surgery I was in some considerable pain. I phoned the clinic the next morning and they said I needed to go back that afternoon. I had no one to take me so they arranged a taxi for me there and back home. They found, from tests done that afternoon that my glaucoma pressure had gone very high. With more drops that they gave me this was brought under control and checked again the following day. I cannot praise the care I got highly enough.

Brilliant caring Professional medical team. From my being picked up by the escort taxi driver l was made to feel safe and at ease. All staff so friendly, empathetic and kind offering to hold my hand during the procedure

Very efficiently run and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Pamphlet explaining the procedure was good and staff made you aware beforehand of each step.

I was so pleased with all the staff, Doctors, and nurses who were in attendance during my visits to Spamedica. I am so pleased with the results of my cataract operations. The whole team were top class, thanks ever so much.

Staff very pleasent and kept me well informed. It is a pity the waiting area legs were taped up. Looked very untidy.Not enough high seats. I did not expect my vision to be so poor after first surgery. Now it is much improved and I am glad it is all over and I wont have to visit again! Thank you
