A bright, clean and airy environment with easy access by car. The Staff very helpful and a very successful outcome to my cataract problem. Medical Staff I encountered were also excellent, also explaining the procedures. I have now, two months later had the second eye operated on and the outcome again has been excellent. Can't praise them enough.

First class service from start to finish. Staff so kind and friendly. Cleanliness is prevalent everywhere. Only had to wait five weeks from first consultation to having cataract surgery. Felt confident in the surgeon’s hands.

Everyone very; polite, helpful, patient and kind. Practice spotlessly clean. After care information crystal clear in booklet and well explained by nurse, very thorough care from start to finish. All supplied me with 2 lots of other eye drops to help with dry eyes.

I must admit I was nervous but everyone was so friendly that I soon felt at ease.Every step was explained fully to me and the procedure was all over in just over two hours pain free.

Every body very pleasant and caring, could not wish for more calming atmostphere.The staff could not do enough for us. Would recerermend SpaMedica to everyone.

Spa medica Norwich staff are efficient, calm, reassuring and caring. The cataract surgery is surprisingly fast. The clinic is modern, spacious and clean!

I have just had my first cataract removed and what fantastic care I received from the minute I walked through the front door. All the staff were kind and caring. Everything was explained to me and I couldn’t have wished for better care and treatment. Thank you to all the staff that cared for me . I have no worries about returning to you for my second cataract surgery. Thank you so much SpaMedica

Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to everyone. Extremely helpful receptionist who took you through and offered tea, coffee or water.

I recently had my first cataract removed at SpaMedica NHS, Norwich. The staff were very kind, caring and efficient and did all they could to reassure me about the procedure. The operation itself was soon over and the surgeon was excellent. In no way was it an unpleasant experience. Before i left i an appointment for follow-up was made and i was told the date for my second cataract operation will be given to me then. Throughout all, i felt no pain, just very slight discomfort. Within 24 hours the swelling and redness had reduced. I am very pleased my cataract surgery was carried out at SpaMedica NHS Norwich. Many thanks to all concerned.
