I had cataract surgery in both eyes. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me. Every care was taken at each eye examination that I was comfortable and knew what was being done and why. So when I had my eye surgery I was very calm and not at all apprehensive. The surgery went very well on each eye and the results are excellent on each eye. I'm very grateful for having my cataract eyes "done" because now I can see very much more clearly. Thank you Spa Medica and all the people who work for you.

Just over 2 weeks from referal from optician to the cataract operation taking place. Treated like a valued individual throughout the process. My eyesight is so improved, I'm actually looking forward to having my other eye done as soon as possible. Well done to the staff at SpaMedica Norwich and a well done to the NHS for putting this service in position.

The staff are very attentive but still remaining professional. I felt at ease during the entire time I was there. Everything was explained to me so I knew what was happening.

this practice is the most happiest that i have ever attended and i would recomend all of the people that i know to use this for all eye problems. Very good all round.

From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy from receptionist through to nurses and doctors. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Once I was at Spamedica, for my first cataract surgery, staff were so considerate, kind and caring that there was no need to feel anxious. Each step was carried out by staff who were so knowledgeable about putting patients at ease. I would 100 per cent recommend Spanedica

I only had my operation two days ago and although I am now sixty six years old and have worn presciption len's since the age of five I have never considered myself either disabled or even disadvantage. However I simply cannot belive the change to my eyesight, bearing in mind I have only had one eye operated on, that the procedure has made. I feel cheated for what I have missed in the life I have had up to now as I have never been able to see as well as I can today. I have to admit to more than a little trepidation prior to the procedure but was easurred by the people (patiants)i spok to in the waiting area what were there for there second procedure. The all said it doesn't hurt, and I thought, how can someone cut your eye ball and it does't hurt? Please beleave me but it doesn't!!!! I cannot fault either the site or the people there and cannot wait to have the other eye done. My only hope is that I get exactly the same people to do the second procedure that I had for the first one. Please except my sincere thanks, and believe me nothing has change my life in such a way as you have. Yours Ian Macmillan.

Friendly, kind, understanding, all round excellence. I like many, was very nervous at the thought of my cataract surgery, there was no need, all the staff from reception to surgeon were excellent. I would recommend SpaMedica to all.

Professional from start to finish - from 1st appointment to final aftercare! During the waiting time for the drugs to take effect , someone was checking how I was ? did I need anything . Each section checked my name and which eye was being treated … I felt cared for and at ease - well done all

The staff could not have been more courteous and caring and had time to answer any of my concerns. All actions were explained thoroughly at every stage. The staff were excellent; very professional and keen to put me at ease., never rushed. I felt I was in good hands. Aftercare was explained clearly, calmly and in detail. The result of the op' is excellent also.
