On both assessment day and day of operation the staff at this clinic were fantastic. They looked after my husband who suffers with dimentia wonderfully and he loved the attention. They also looked after me very well on the day of my operation which turned out to be more complex than most. We were both looked after so well and would certainly recommend this clinic.

The service provided was exceptional for my cataract operation. Every step was explained perfectly to me and I was put at my ease by the very good staff. All in all an excellent experience and have no hesitation in going back for my second eye operation. Thank you.

I cannot fault this practice. I was made extremely welcome and everyone was friendly and took the time to explain what would happen both at my assessment visit and on the day of my cataract surgery. The team went above and beyond my expectations. I felt very safe in their hands.

From entering the building to leaving after surgery the whole experience was dealt with extremely professionally and kind friendly and caring staff all very knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble felt safe and comfortable through felt more like private medical health care than othe experiences I have in NHS secondary care setting
