Great experience on both 14th of May and 9th of July when having both my cataract surgery. All of the staff, ie operating, nursing staff, and office reception staff are very professional while giving a friendly welcome making you feel happy and relaxed.

From my initial assessment through to the cataract surgery, every member of staff from john as you enter, cleaners, reception staff, all of the optometry staff, nurse and surgeon. Everyone of the team makes you feel welcome the offer of drinks at every opportunity and curtesy shown to everyone is exceptional and a pleasure to see, they address all questions for me without any hesitation, this is an excellent team creating a great comfortable homely atmosphere doing an excellent job which I appreciate and watching other patients responses I would think they would feel the same as me. A five star service keep the great work up.

From entering the building speaking to the security at desk who takes you through to the receptionist from there to each room and then the operation itself all went very smoothly The staff were all brilliant and very polite and made you feel welcome Spa medica has been a life saving experience by giving my eyesight back Thank you

Could not fault anything about the treatment from Spamedica at North Tyneside. Every member of staff was helpful, informative and caring. The surgery itself was straight forward and it felt as if it only lasted a few minutes. Looking forward to getting my other cataract done soon.

Absolutly amazing from the minuet you walk through the door,you are greeted with a smile that puts you at ease straight away.The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming,,The Medical Team talked you through every step of the way, of the process which put me at my ease straight away,I could not ask for better care .The Medical Team from start to finish made sure you understood everything.Five star Treatment,This Clinic is run by a Wonderful Team Thank You so much for the care I recieved

I had pre assessment and operation all booked within a month. I was a bit anxious about having cataract removed. It's the best thing I had done. Eye were numbed and cataract removed within 20minutes. I was very relaxed once I was in theatre and all way through thanks to the surgeon. I'm looking forward to getting the other eye done.

The whole staff treat you like the most important person. Nothing is to much trouble :- from the moment you arrive to your departure. Staff treat you with respect. Each step is explained on a one to one basis carefully and precisely. The staff are friendly and professional throughout your treatment. I have worn Specticals since early childhood and since my surgery I can read without glasses for the first I can remember. The Cobalt Clinic is a place of Exclent Patient Care from Receptionist to Surgeon and all staff in between

I.came in for an assessment, and yesterday I had my operation for my cataract, I just want to say for my assessment and the actual operation everything was just amazing the staff, the reception area the actual operation, I just can't express how excellent the clinic is, thank-you everyone

I have had cataracts removed from both my eyes. The whole procedure from referral to discharge was excellent. The staff embraced professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend this clinic.
