Had my first surgery Tuesday 14th May. What a lovely experience the staff were respectful and reassuring, informing you of every procedure. I am looking forward to my 2nd cataract removal.

My cataract operation was a complete success due to theCaring and understanding people putting my unease and worry their focus I can’t praise them enough. The lead nurse in particular many thanks to you all. Michael.

From start to finish everything was extremely well organised and all staff were kind and caring. The surgeon explained what would happen and the actual procedure only took about 10 minutes. At discharge I was given the relevant eyedrops and useful advice about what to expect. 10 out of 10 all round!

From arriving to have my assessment to leaving after my cataract removal was just a good experience. Treated with respect and care at every stage, l cannot thank the team at Cobalt North Tyneside Spa Medica enough.

Staff were very friendly and very efficient. Kept you informed along the way and talked you through everything. Eased my fears. The place was very clean and relaxing atmosphere as well as surgical. The operation went well.

I am so excited to be able to see, already, all my lovely garden flowers and beautiful view of holy Island and Bamburgh castles from my window! The care you gave me was so perfect and the staff are all stars. Especially meghan she is 5star!!! (Because I had more attention from her). I’ll be glad to have my other eye put right! When the time comes. I wish I had had a lesson in on how to put my drops in. Sometimes it was hit and miss! Thank you so much !

I had my cataract surgery on the 10th of this month. I was extremely nervous, but each member of staff talked me through the procedure. The entire staff were friendly and polite. I am pleased that I had the surgery. I will definitely recommend Spa Medica.

Waiting times for both cataracts were great 4 weeks and 2 weeks . Excellent treatment and kindness throughout from all staff . Staff had loads of patience and I never felt rushed.
