From the moment I entered the service for my second cataract surgery the support and care from the whole team from john at initial point of contact to the surgeon every member of the team of the team are a credit to each other they work seamlessly to ensure not just my treatment but that of all those attending recieve care which is exceptional nothing is a bother to them a great team doing a great job for everyone that attends, I cant praise them enough

I had both my cataracts done at this clinic and couldn't fault anything, the staff the service, my operation,,well everything was just perfect thank you so much

All Staff members from reception to the nurses and finally the surgeon and discharge staff, were all absolutely wonderful, they kept you calm and made the whole experience great , everything was absolutely spotless within the whole area and all staff were great explaining things to you , this is my second eye done and it is well appreciated that I can see again , I would highly recommend Spa Medica to all family and friends x

I attended SpaMedica for cataract procedure and I can honestly say from the assessment to the procedure I was treated with excellent and professional but at the same time sympathetic and friendly service from the gentleman at the entrance the ladies on the reception and the nurses and finally the excellent surgeon I was a nervous patient and they could not have done more to make me feel at ease and confident that all would be well and it was so I must say a very big thank you to you all and I would not hesitate in recommending your services to anyone and everyone.

Cant praise them highly enough my whole experience was of friendly and highly professional staff and will be happy to return for my second eye to be done after my check up with my optician in four weeks time not a lot more i can say that I haven’t already said

From reception to surgeon I cannot praise the staff enough. Very organised, friendly and professional. Nervous on surgery day but it was totally unfounded. Completely painless experience and delight with outcome. Cannot wait to return to have second eye done. 5 stars!

Was delayed through traffic,informed them about it,was told get here when you can don't worry about it,got greeted upon arrival,offered refreshments,was seen pretty much straight away,with pre ops,and the procedure was carried out,the entire visit was carried out with most professional,curtious and pleasant manner.Excellent place.I would highly recommend it to anyone.Well done them

Whilst having treatment I had a vertigo attack and I just want to express how brilliant the staff were at SpaMedica. I was very well looked after and someone stayed with me all of the time to make sure I was ok. They did a full check over whilst I was there too and I couldn’t ask for any better care. Thank you!
