From the time I arrived my friend who drove me there were greeted by a gentleman who offered us a drink and biscuits and he took my details Everyone was so very pleasant and put my mind at rest With the surgical procedure I was asked if I needed the nurse to hold my hand . I was ok so long as someone was close by The procedure took about 10 minutes in total and as I was very tense I was surprised to learn that it was the doctor who held my hand

Very pleased with my cataract surgery. Excellent staff everything very well explained and friendly. Good car parking no hassle at all would recommend to everyone wanting cataract surgery

I attended Spa Medica for cataract surgery. From entering the building to leaving, first class treatment from everyone. Everything is explained from start to finish. Highly recommend

Complex clinic. Was amazing treatment no rushing. Everything explained. Treated with care and respect as a more difficult cataract. From beginning to end a very good experience. My first cataract op was in the normal cataract clinic in March was treated well but in a more rushed way so very much one in and one out but still excellent treatment. From diagnosis of fast growing cataracts to the end game has only been 4 months as I had to go on a waiting list for the complex surgeon. Just one thing even though you are told you will be 3 hours do not send your driver away there is a very nice waiting room for them to stay. On both occasions I was only one & half hours. Excellent.

I cannot say enough about Spamedica. I had a cataract sorted in my left eye. An absolutely faultless service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them 100%

From the moment you walk into the clinic you are put at ease.Greeted at the door by a friendly face and from then on treated efficiently and with respect.I was apprehensive about having cataract surgery but the relaxing atmosphere helped calm any fears.everything was explained along the way.

Excellent service right from the taxi driver, receptionist, nurses, surgeon, and all other staff.Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much and i will see you for my 2nd eye soon.

I lived in the America for many years and experienced amazing standards of care that I never thought I would see in the United Kingdom. But SpaMedica were every bit as good. Just superb. A very rapid appointment, they answer the phone and deal with any queries before hand, and then the treatment and care during my time with them was exceptional. And they called a taxi for me to get me home. Please, oh please, make the rest of the health service as good as SpaMedica. They do healthcare the way it should be.
