This was my second cataract procedure and was just as good, even slightly fast than the first. The practice is clean, friendly, professional, very informative and excels in put the patients at ease.

I attended for first cataract surgery and was immediately surprised at how smart polite and well run SpaMedica is. I felt relaxed as they began to feed me through the stages of the surgery. At the end I felt so relaxed and positive, this was a big surprise. I look forward to having the next eye done asap. Many thanks SpaMedica.

I cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. All the staff and surgeons were so friendly and professional throughout. I felt extremely safe and well cared for pre, during and post surgery.

Very friendly staff and very professional. I was very nervous when I got there but I did n't need to be. A relaxing atmosphere.

Hi,I would to thank SpaMedica for my recent visit.from reception right through to surgery everybody was so nice,polite and professional,while waiting to be assessed you can help yourself to refreshments tea/coffee/even a biscuit,surgery quick and painless it has to be a 10/10 for me can't thank them enough

Attended for cataract surgery, whole experience much less stressful than I’d expected mainly due to the brilliant staff. Everyone, from the people greeting me when I arrived and receptionists (in person and by phone) to pre-assessment and surgery clinical teams, was friendly, helpful, informative and put me at my ease. Verbal and written information provided is really helpful and I have follow-up contacts if I need them. Felt very ‘cared for’, many thanks to all.

From the opticians to the operation … Everyone was 1st class, no problems, they were professional and courteous looked after everything for you, explained what was going to happen at each stage …. ask as many questions as you like. Don’t be afraid!!!!!

Could not fault from the minute I went in the staff are extremely helpful and very caring. The surgeon was very caring also and explained the whole process. Would recommend. Thank You
