From preop to surgery so infomative all staff from reception nurses opthalmic and opticians make you feel so confident ,and surgeons and theatre staff ,i have had cattaract removal on 1 eye and will be going back for the other one with no hesition .the whole procedure was brilliant.

Like fort knox, impossible to get access, no clear instructions, pressed buzzer which made noise, door remained closed, no communication from staff on the entry system. Considering the majority of people who come are visual impaired, this is unacceptable. Once inside, very busy, hardly any spare seating, numerous people coughing and spluttering in the small waiting area. All in all a very stressful experience.

I went for cataract surgery in March 2023 on my right eye and in May on my left eye. Although I was very nervous prior to my first visit, the staff were kind, considerate and friendly and quickly put me at ease. The surgery was quick and painless and I was back home in no time. My second visit went exactly the same way. I cannot speak too highly about the treatment I received.

Arrived for my lens replacement and was greeted by a gentleman who took me to reception. Very friendly and comforting. The staff and doctors are excellent in explaining and carrying out the procedure to you.

From the moment you enter ,all staff are so courteous polite & helpful putting folk at ease. At each stage of the proceedings professional reassurance is given no problem. Then comes the surgeon s who have a friendly chat and then proceed to put the icing on the cake by restoring our quality of sight in such a short space of time .
