I was really impressed with the way I was made to feel. I was welcomed in and asked if I would like refreshments, or anything else that they could help with. They offered to telephone my lift when I was ready later. Although I was nervous about my operation, I was made to feel more comfortable.

Excellent experience. Very prompt, very efficient, very friendly, very professional. Both myself and my wife had our cataracts removed here. I was terrified but they dealt with me very extremely well and no problems at all. Highly recommended.

I attended an appointment to check my eyes because one has gone cloudy. The treatment of staff is exceptional, and I had no problem with the test provided. Extremely professional and everything explained very carefully. Thank you.

Cataract surgery happened quickly. Less than a week between pre op and surgery. I was made aware of each step, staff introduced themselves and were very efficient. Coffee and biscuits on supply too. The area were clean and pleasant

I was contacted on the 5th June, first appointment 7th June, cataract operation carried out painlessly on 8th June, sight restored within 2 days. That says it all. The staff were very informative and caring. My hope is that all patients will receive the same care that I did. Thank you all.

The staff and the performance of the procedure were absolutely outstanding. I would like to thank them for their service and dedication to performance and would recommend them to anybody who needs cataract treatment.

From the moment I entered to the moment I left I was impressed by the friendly professional way that all staff went about their business, I was treated with the utmost care nothing was to much trouble and very importantly all questions were answered and the process explained fully to me, I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone, thank you all 😀 Hilary Cole

I was in the clinic for my 2nd op, it is a really friendly and helpful place, you are put at ease right away and everything is explained to you and why. The staff are Brilliant from security, admin, nurses, and consultant, nothing was to much. Felt no pain at all, and very efficiently run and clean. Thanks everyone.
