Warm welcome was followed by an efficient, friendly booking in system by personel who made me feel relaxed. The whole experience was a timely and efficient service. Well appointed facilities.

Had my first cataract done Thursday 2nd February the care and service was excellent from everyone nothing was to much trouble from all. I go back 7th March for assessment for my second cataract and really looking forward to it thank you all once again for your kindness. Fran

Everything about my procedure went really well , the place is clean , modern and spacious, the staff are professional, polite, caring and kind, , they all made me feel comfortable and at ease , the coffee and biscuits were lovely too , thankyou all very much , it could nt have been better

From the moment I arrived the staff couldn't help enough they explained fully what was going to happen, offered free tea or coffee and biscuits if you wanted. Very quick from assessment to the cataract operation. Brilliant staff and service, highly recommend spamedica

I was quite scared to have eye surgery but the kind and helpful staff made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. They were professional, polite and extremely reassuring. The procedure was both efficient and extremely effective. There was a little discomfort but really nothing to be scared of and, wonderfully, I can see again.

From the first time I walked in everyone was welcoming & friendly. Everything that was happening was explained in detail, so I knew what to expect through each stage of my journey. The turnover was very quick, just over two weeks, from my appointment at the opticians, to my pre-surgery appointment and finally my surgery. Would highly recommend to anyone.
