From start to finish every staff member was kind, caring, informative and very professional. The clinic is bright and a pleasant and well organised place which immediately made me feel I was in good hands. Thank you all for your care and professionalism.

My experience of Spamedica is very positive, everyone I delt with was helpful, polite and efficient. Appointments are very prompt, on time and well organised. The surgeon was very pleasant and explained clearly both prior to and during the procedure.

Wonderful and kind staff at all levels . I had transport which was was lovely and eased my mind considerably. The driver was polite and friendly . The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The nurses - at all levels - because of their kindness , made me feel very much at ease . My surgeon was wonderful and at no time did I feel nervous or afraid . I can fully recommend SpaMedica to everyone . My very grateful thanks to you all . xx

I've been to have both my eyes done now. Each time there was a slight delay due to over run of the morning clinic. I have no complaints about that as I understand these things happen. The staff here are amazing. My surgeon both times was awesome. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

This is my second cataract op. Compared to the first one I was disappointed by the lack of care by the surgeon on Saturday July 6th 2024, he was clumsy and caused me a lot of pain. The first op carried out by a trainee 5 weeks ago was efficient and careful. The surgeon turned up late for his appointments, talked about his holidays and rushed the op in order to catch up with his lack of scheduling. He treated my eye as if he was removing a corn and was not aware of what a delicate organ the eye is. He was slap dash compared to the first surgeon. I was very disappointed with the second op compared to the first. The rest of the experience ws exemplary

I could not fault the team that looked after me on the day of my surgery. They were kind,caring and professional. The Surgeon explained all that was going on as he did the surgery..very reassuring. Thank You all so much for this wonderful gift.

Staff are wonderful. I was very anxious when visiting but staff were great at putting me at ease. Very thoughtful and caring. The surgeon talked me through each step of the surgery, informing me at each stage which I found comforting. Thank you To everyone at SpaMedica Gloucester for your warm welcoming and such thoughtful care whilst I was there. The surgery really has changed my life.
