I am really happy with the welcome and continued friendliness of all staff that I met. The clinic itself is well laid out and relaxing. The timings were satisfactory and my first cataract op completed in under two hours.

First class from the transport to the practice all the staff from reception nurses and doctors .Every step of procedure explained so as to assure you understood

I went for a cataract operation, supported by my husband. We found the place easily and had convenient parking. The staff were welcoming, friendly and explained carefully what was to happen. The operation was done promptly and with no fuss or problems. Clear instructions about follow-up care were give,. I was very impressed with the arrangements and particularly with the staff. My vision is already better. A big thank you to everyone.

Everyone is super friendly, amazing professional and fantastic at dealing with nervous patients. Building all very clean with great accessibility. Offers tea, coffee and biscuits. Nothing a problem.

my husband had his left eye done on february 1st excellent service from begining to end the staff are amazing and so welcoming. From the moment you arrive they were so welcoming offered tea and biscuits. The staff who did his eyes were amazing and its only 2 days after the op and he is delighted. he can actually see out of that eye thank you so much he is looking forward to getting the other one done.

I have recently received surgery for the removal of 2 cataracts, the facilities were excellent and easy to find. All staff were caring , friendly and put you at ease. Advice re after care was very informative . I would like to pass on many thanks to them all!

Was looked after from start to finish , staff absolutely brilliant . Made to feel most welcome and offered tea and coffee whilst waiting for my operation .

Well planned, polite and friendly, impressive nursing and surgical care. I have had surgery on both eyes in the past six months, the first at Stockton on Tees and both hospitals performed extremely well

I attend today for Cataract Surgery and was very impressed with everything and everyone. The staff were very helpful and talked me through everything they were doing. I felt very relaxed. Thank you all.
