I cannot fault Spamedica from referral to discharge . All staff were friendly and professional . I received an appointment very quickly after being referred by Specsavers . Thereon my operation was scheduled within days . On the day of the operation all staff fully explained the care that I was going to receive. An hour and half later I was on my way home having had my cataract removed and new lens inserted. Thank you very much my sight has been restored .

The customer service was excellent - Receptionist are outstandingly very pleasant Diagnostics Great Optometrist -Great Medical team absolutely amazing I comfortable. Where I was nervous I had my hand held. (Thank you). Surgeon and his team were so good he talked me through the whole procedure. Grateful.

I have visited SpaMedica Epsom 3 times, once for a pre-op assessment and twice for cataract surgery. Although parking is limited, we had no difficulty finding one of their dedicated spaces each time. It is a clean, modern facility well laid out to process patients needing cataract surgery. They were able to offer me appointments within a very short space of time from my referrals. The unit operates on a production line basis. In spite of this, all the staff I met treated me as an individual explaining carefully what each part of the procedure was for and what it involved. The staff were efficient and friendly to the point of charming, and I would be hard pressed to suggest a way that their services might be improved.

very pleased with outcome of surgery .Was not expecting to see as well as i can now. and no glasses needed . operation on the September 9 my birthday the next day , i was not expecting new eyes for a present . so many thanks to you all.

I have undergone cataract surgery from Spa Medica and my experience is very pleasant. The whole staff is very friendly and cooperative. I really appreciate their quick and quality service.

I had both cataracts removed - one in June and the other in July. The communication by telephone and confirmation by text was excellent on both occasions. From being referred to SpaMedica by my optician in May, I had both procedures completed by early August. The Pre-assessment and procedure visits were handled very proficiently and all staff were extremely knowledgeable in their particular area, helpful and friendly. The information books provided were also useful and well written. My whole experience with SpaMedica was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a cataract removed.

From the concierge to the clinical doctors, the whole experience from start to finish has been impressive. The concierge greeted us at the door showed us where we needed to go offered and made us coffee. He was so friendly and kind. The nursing team and Clinicians were super efficient. Which gave me confidence and made me feel better procedure went well. The discharge nurse gave clear post op Guidance. The lovely lady Tidying up also coffee, I can’t praise them enough, Would highly recommend this amazing service they should all be very proud of the the service and care they provide on the NHS a very big thank you
