I had the pre-operation consultation a few weeks before the operation . Both the pre-operation and the operation were excent specially the operation was done very efficiently and I hope when I have the second eye done I am lucky and I have the same surgeon to operate it .

The experience of SpaMedica was outstanding throughout. All the staff were amazing from the reception team, the scanning team, the nursing team, optometrists and ophthalmic surgeon. All procedures were explained to me and I felt reassured. I felt confident that I was in “Safe Hands”throughout. A huge thank you to all concerned.

I had my first cataract operation on 11/1/24 at Epsom. All the staff were very professional, caring, friendly and kind from the gentlemen who greeted me, through to the nurse who discharged me. I walked in feeling very nervous but they soon put my mind at ease by reassuring me and explaining everything. It was nice to talk to other patients who were having their 2nd cataract. The atmosphere in the clinic was very calm and relaxed and I was treated as an individual and not just a number. I highly recommend SpaMedica, Epsom.

I was very impressed with the information given before my operation, the care and helpfulness of everyone involved during the operation but even more so by the follow up care. After four weeks I was concerned that I might have an infection in the eye so contacted the helpline. After an online consultation I was given a full checkup within 48 hours.

Very professional put me at ease, very friendly staff. Result for me was magic It was as if a fine mesh had been removed can’t wait to have my other eye done well done

The entire experience at SpaMedica Epsom was excellent. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially when you are a little nervous. Everyone is very focused on your well being and care. Even making an appointment in the phone the staff are friendly and helpful. The surgeon was patient explaining the procedure. Highly recommend.

Went here for a cataract operation, I was quite nervous at the thought of someone operating on my eye whilst I was conscious. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed prior to the op, the surgeon explained the process and then talked to me during the operation which settled my nerves. The operation went very smoothly and painlessly.
