Very quick turn-around from referral, pre-operative assessment to having first cataract surgery. The whole experience was extremely organised and professional. Cannot fault the service received and the main bonus was that (almost instantly following surgery) I could see!! Thank you so very much.

Extremely efficient pre op assessment and surgical procedure. Patient centred and kept informed step by step. Actual clinic very well organised and high levels of infection control from all staff

The treatment I had yesterday was excellent procedures for surgery were explained clearly at each stage by such lovely friendly staff and I was so impressed with the clinic A big thank you to everybody

Both my eyes treated. Perfect vision in both of them. All my appointments were quick. No long delays. All the staff were very good. Polite and friendly. Would recommend SpaMedica to anybody requiring treatment to their eyes.

From the very first arrival the staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgable and reassuring. The Dr was extremely attentive and understanding of my worries. The whole experience was truly outstanding. Would highly recommend this facility. While I am not looking forward to the next visit at least I know I am in good hands.

Friendly, caring and pleasant staff from initial reception to discharge. Very professional staff. Extremely peaceful and quiet clinic. Good at acknowledging my anxiety regarding the procedure and good at explaining and answering questions asked. Extremely well organised, Very good time keeping A little plus was the manager introducing himself to 3 of us waiting in pre-theatre room to check if we were satisfied with the process. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my two cataract operations. Thank you

I found that the staff were very friendly and all the staff were very good at ensuring that I was comfortable during the whole process. My surgery was completed without pain and information given at all times as needed. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I can't find any fault. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The whole procedure was explained in detail and any question I had was answered. Very supportive team.

My husband was anxious prior to his eye appointment. However, the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The team created an environment that is calm and relax. The ophthalmologist answered all the questions my husband asked. The nurses were all great. Special mention to the porter who greeted us on arrival, find time to talk to us and even offered us a hot drink while waiting. Great experience!

This was a great experience! The staff and Drs were very helpful and put my mind at rest throughout the process. The practice was exceptionally clean and it was a pleasure to be there.
