Been twice in 5 days upstairs first for pre op and 5 days later for eye surgery (down stairs) whilst I have split them up they are both equally excellent. The staff are professional, organised, polite and friendly. Everyone knows what there doing and it is a seamless experience, From the surgeon to the receptionist you are made to feel important and cared for. Even the mini bus driver who parked outside while I was waiting outside as I was early and wanted fresh air spoke to me on her way in and asked if I wanted a drink brought out she brought me a coffee and a cup of water. She didn't have to do that.

From my initial appointment to my procedure the facilities, staff and care was exemplary, being scared of having it done was quickly overcome by the attitude of all the staff and the ambiance of the facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the individual attention given to all its patients, the organisation and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional and I can’t thank everyone concerned enough for a job well done.

I was very relaxed once inside staff were very helpful and courteous was put at ease straight away The surgeon was excellent, no complaints at all Great place 😊

All staff very friendly, efficient and professional. Kept me informed what was happening and what they were doing. Very short waiting time for appointments (this was my second visit, for cataract operations). Very good facilities.

I've had both my cataracts removed from this amazing company, in Doncaster all the staff and I mean all the staff were amazing, faultless so organised, very friendly the 2 different surgeons were great putting me at ease straight away thank you all so much greetings people receptionists, call centre staff nurses, and most of all the surgeons I really can't thank u enough ,I would highly recommend Spamedica to anyone and I am typing this with no spectacles on

All staff listened and reassured me the practice was very clean During my operation l was told about each procedure . The nurse then explained about my drops and aftercare.

Staff great, nurses great doctor spot on highly spot on from going in to going out nothing to worry about well worth it I can see so clear cannot wait for my right eye to be done.
