The team were fantastic and very friendly and professional and calming the facilities were first class and i could not fault any part of the service provided and would like to thank every body.

Having agonised for months knowing that I would have to face cataract surgery I relented and went ahead. My concerns were totally unwarranted. I was immediately put at ease. The staff were all amazing. I would definitely recommend the Balby Practice. Thank you!

Treatment and service was excellent from start to finish. Very caring staff. Was a bit apprehensive at first about this treatment, but the caring staff put me at ease. Even the receptionists were very pleasant and polite! Would definitely recommend to fry and family. Thank you all for the excellent care provided.

So organized. No waiting around. Everything explained well. Op was straight forward and after care well explained verbally and in a booklet. Pleasant and considerate environment with friendly staff.

Nothing too much trouble ,all staff were friendly and put everyone at there ease ,Free tea , coffee and biscuits and the operation was over before I knew it and I didn’t feel a thing , All the eye drops were given to me before I left with full instructions as to care for the eye until i see my optician , Highly recommend

From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted, everyone I came into contact with was friendly and very helpful. They explained what would happen during the operation and what I would have to do following it. They were very patient with me, from my slow mobility, and understanding of everything due to dementia. I have nothing but praise for all involved.

I will never be able to thank these staff enough for their calm, assured, and professional working ethics! Every single one of them made me feel like a person, not a number! Keep doing what you doing, and you will make others happy like me. One particular lady stood out. The lady who interviewed me before going into the waiting area. Very kind! Thankyou all!!!!
