Both the assessment and the operation went extremely well. The staff in all departments were professional and friendly. They made me feel at ease and reassured me the operation would be fine and wouldn't take long. The surgeon came and introduced himself prior to the surgery and explained what was happening.After my operation I was given complete guidance on the facts re post surgery.

If you want professional, friendly service and knowledgeable staff, in abundance, this is you. Cateracts removal done on both eyes (5 weeks apart) vision is now excellent. So I write the above having experienced the service of SpaMedica twice excellent both times.

I was so nervous but the staff are very helpful the nurse who seen me before surgery was so nice to me thank you the surgeon was so nice meet before op they all put me at at ease your all amazing see you soon for other eye thanks for the coffee as well oh and biscuits

So friendly and efficient the professionalism shows through at every aspect of the procedure couldn’t have been any better no pain just well looked after Thanks for all you did for me my eyesight is amazing now

Right from my initial pre-op checks right the way through to my procedure being completed, every single member of staff, from the meet and greet at the door, through to reception and the clinician, all made me feel at ease and explained everything really well. I felt really looked after and was really impressed with the whole set up. The site was also spotlessly clean, nicely set out and had great car parking facilities and easy access.

Very friendly helpful staff, made to feel at ease. Each process was explained well. Quick and efficient booking and procedure carried out within a week of initial appointment, all with in a month of referral of optician. ( would have been quicker if I had not been on holiday)

I was referred for a cataract procedure. Assessment was on a Monday, the opetation on the Thursday. It was a simple process, staff were helpful and informative on both of my visits. It is a great clinic, made the experience simple and speedy.

Went to the Derby branch, such lovely people from start to finish, I had been to my optician Friday, he said my cataract was ready so he would sort it out, on following Wednesday had a phone call from Spamedica to book my consultation that was the next day on Thursday, after that was done went to book an appointment to have it done the girl said they'd got a cancellation for the following day if I wanted it, so decided to go then, all done within a week, it's brilliant, just got to wait now with my other eye but not so worried this time, thank you to everyone concerned

From initial referral end of May and my 2nd cataract removal July 8 the treatment I received has been 2nd to none. All staff without exception were brilliant. The first cataract operation was performed the day after my initial assessment and the 2nd was done not quite 6 weeks later. The clinic was totally without fault in every respect. Thanks to all who were involved in my treatment and giving me much improved vision.
