From walking in the door to the minute I left the the staff were on point! Friendly, helpful and a member of staff described it as her "forever job". The time spent to explain everything clearly was appreciated. The environment was clean and comfortable. Couldn't fault the service

I came into contact with spamedica through my local specsavers. I was offered an appointment the following week. I needed cataract surgery in both eyes. Both operations went extremely well; no pain not even need for a single paracetamol. The staff from beginning to end were so friendly. The place was immaculate. I felt I was in a first rate private clinic. I’m extremely grateful all the staff at the clinic. The system does not allow me to put vip (in capitals)treatment as heading nor use capital letters

Cataract operations arranged through my local specsavers. Extremely speedy appointment and then superb service from all staff I interacted with no complaints at all.

Excellent service from all staff professional clean environment. Referral made and immediate communication from spa medica arranging for procedure to be done within two weeks absolutely excellent service.

Referred to Spamedica by optician for cataract operations. Received appointments very quickly. Lovely new premises. Received a 1st class service throughout from all members of staff.

Entering the building I was greeted with a very warm welcome. The reception area was very clean and the reception staff was very polite and helpful.

The service I received from entering the building to leaving was faultless The staff are efficient and caring and I felt totally confident in their care. That such a speedy service was the norm is a dream we must all hold on to
